Get the content you need in 4 simple steps!
Before we get to our step-by-step guide on how to order content from us, we want to give you a little background information to help you understand how our system works.
When you place your first order with us, we’ll automatically set up a user account for you to access our clients’ portal, our private online space dedicated to managing your orders.
By logging into the portal using the credentials you’ll receive by email, you can:
✔ View and manage all your orders
✔ Track the status of your orders
✔ Communicate directly with our team
✔ Request revisions or provide feedback on your content
✔ Purchase more packages
✔ Open tickets for any issues or questions you may have
That being said, let us guide you through the process of ordering content from us.
We have four packages to choose from (shown below), and the bigger the package you choose, the less you’ll pay per word. Simply click the “Place Order” under the package you’d like, and you’ll be redirected to our order form to easily fill out your order details and checkout.
Once we receive your order, we’ll review it to make sure we have all the information we need to get started. If anything’s missing, we’ll reach out to you for clarification. If not, our project manager will get in touch to share with you a spreadsheet and Google Drive folder where the content will be submitted. We’ll also tell you your order’s estimated turnaround time (TAT).
You’ll be the first to know when your order is ready! Depending on whether your order is delivered in one go or in batches (based on your package), you’ll receive an email and client portal notification when your content is ready. You can then start reviewing it right away.
If you’d like us to make any changes, please communicate them within:
We’ll then send you the updated content within 3 business days from the day we receive your request and confirm it. Learn more about our revision policy here.
This is the final step! Once you’re happy with your content, our team will upload it to your WordPress site. All you’ll need to do is hit publish for your new content to go live.
