Ordering with ContentWish is incredibly easy.
When you place your first order with us, we automatically create an account for you on our platform. The account provides access to the ContentWish clients’ portal, where you can:
After we create your account, we’ll send you an email containing your login credentials. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder instead.
Here’s how to place orders in four simple steps:
ContentWish offers four content packages, and each one gives you a set number of word credits you can spend.
Click the “Place Order” button for the package you want and you’ll land on our checkout page where you can complete your order.
Once you checkout, you’ll be redirected to the clients’ portal login page. Enter the login details we sent to your email to access your account dashboard.
When you place an order with ContentWish, our system automatically adds word credits to your balance (the number will depend on your chosen content package). You can spend those word credits by ordering articles.
In your account dashboard, you’ll see a sidebar to the left. Click on “Order Articles” and you’ll be presented with an Order Form.
Fill out the Order Form with your Order Instructions (Number of articles, Article Topics, Word Length, etc.) to start spending your word credits. You can also select one or more add-ons for your content at this stage (Learn more about add-ons in the “How Our Add-ons Work” section below).
Please ensure that you include the word length for each article, as it helps our system calculate the total word credits needed for your content.
Once you fill out the order form, we’ll confirm your order within 1 business day. Also, you’ll receive a Google spreadsheet with information about your order.
We deliver orders under 10,000 words within 8 business days. Larger orders (10,000+ words) are delivered in 10,000-word batches, with each batch delivered in 8 business days.
You’ll receive an email when your content is ready, and you can then start reviewing it right away.
You can include three types of add-ons with your order: SurferSEO Optimization, WordPress Publishing, and Images.
With this add-on, we’ll be writing your content following the SurferSEO content editor guidelines. If you don’t have a SurferSEO account, we can set up the content editor for you at no extra charge.
We also guarantee a minimum Surfer score of 70/100.
With this add-on, we upload your content as soon as it’s delivered. We’ll need author access to your WordPress site, and you can send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that images will be royalty-free ones picked from free image marketplaces, like Pixabay, Unsplash, and so on.
If you need featured images, we can create them using our Canva account.
We deduct add-ons from your word credit balance. The price for each add-on is calculated on a per-article basis as follows:
