ContentWish retains the right to modify the following terms and conditions, along with any referenced policy or guideline, at its sole discretion and at any time.
You (referred to as “Client”) acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions by signing up for the service. It is assumed that you have familiarized yourself with the information below, which details the workings of our service and its scope: SCOPE OF WORK
Any modifications or changes will be publicly posted by ContentWish on this page and will take effect upon the posting of revisions on this document.
ContentWish will inform clients of any significant changes to our terms via email as well as the client portal. Your continued use of the ContentWish Services after any alterations or modifications to our terms represents your agreement to such changes or modifications.
If you disagree with the terms of any modification, refrain from using the services and promptly notify us of your decision to cancel this agreement.
Placed orders may be modified or canceled if they are under the “Submitted” status in the client dashboard.
If under the “Working” label, cancellation is not possible, and we cannot guarantee the Client’s modifications will be implemented, as the team has already begun content production.
Clients have the right to 2 rounds of revisions and 1 rewrite for all of our content production services.
Clients must request a rewrite or revision no later than 10 business days after receiving the articles.
ContentWish provides ghostwriting services, meaning the client owns the final product.
Under no circumstance will we publish, re-use, recycle, or redistribute content created in the Client’s name unless we have expressed consent.
But we reserve the right to use some of the content produced as a sample for our work quality, either in full or as excerpts.

ContentWish strives to match projects with writers and staff based on factors such as industry, niche, and overall skills and experience to create unique and effective articles.
The client cannot contact writers directly. If the Client wants to have a writer removed from the project or wishes to increase their writing capacity, they must contact the ContentWish team through our client portal.
ContentWish has a credit system in place to allow subscription clients to easily order content.
All purchased credits are valid for all services provided by ContentWish, no matter which type of subscription the client has.
Any unused credits will roll over into the next month, but please note all credits will expire 6 months after the purchase date. We encourage the Client to leverage their full credit balance before its expiration date.
The Client has the right to request a refund for any unused credits that are still within their 6-month validity period.
The Client can create a ticket using the client portal to request a refund, which will be issued using their original payment methods.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date the client opened the ticket.
